An average vendor overall. It looks as though they were having some stock problems as of this review, which has become common in the industry.

Customer Service

The customer service was fast and friendly but the delivery time was unacceptable for a site that advertises less than 30 minute delivery times. The gold that was ordered was delivered in a little over 2 hours.

There is also some false information on the website. For details, look in the website section.

Note: Due to the nature of the industry, it is difficult for vendors to keep real-time stock information.

Website

Overall, the website was fairly easy to navigate. Page load times were quick. There were some formatting problems on some of the pages, like on the homepage. There is broken english everywhere on the site and this passage especially stuck out:

"Price Slashed again! unbeatable price from the direct sale. You are buying the gold from the game developers directly, not from the resellers, no hacking , no cheating , guarantee work !"

Now that quote is incorrect in both grammar and in content.

The buyer is transferred to Paypal where they input their billing information. Name, email address, character name and phone number are collected on IGXE's website is collected on IGXE's website and those pages are not secured by SSL.

Product

The product selection was very good. They have more increments of game currency than most other vendors. There were many items out of stock however. The item that was ordered was said to be in stock by the website but in fact, it was out of stock. This caused a delay in shipping the item.

Bottom Line

There are better companies out there. Companies that don't blatantly lie on their website to make a few sales.

Prices starting at $23.99 for 500g

Boring game? Hire a player
International Herald Tribune
Every day, in 12-hour shifts, they kill monsters and harvest "gold coins" and other virtual goods that they can sell to other online gamers. From Seoul to San Francisco, gamers who lack the hours or the patience to work their way up to the higher levels of gamedom, are hiring young Chinese to play the early rounds for them.

Virtual Currency
PCMAG
If you don't have time to spend hours playing the game, you can buy other players' items and currency to boost your character, or simply buy a preplayed powerful character to begin with. Sony estimates that the market for such virtual goods typically sold on eBay-style auction sites or by game-playing corporate entities like IGE has reached $200 million in yearly sales.
