OForU.com was a very interesting vendor to review. Overall, this vendor does not have any qualities that redeem it from the poor customer service and website issues. Well, on to the review...

Customer Service

The live help response was very slow, often taking several minutes to respond to my questions. The representatives were not very friendly, often dodging my questions and asking me if I wanted to buy gold.

Delivery time were fairly quick, clocking in at 7 minutes.

There was a short in-game chat with a customer service representative regarding the delivery of my gold. The representative asked me how much gold was purchased before sending the gold. Shouldn't they know how much gold was bought?

Overall, the customer service was horrible.

Website

First of all, this website won't win any beauty awards. Navigation is fairly easy but there a still a lot of steps before you can check out .Broken english is apparent everywhere on the website and there are even some broken links.

Creating an account is necessary to order but if you try and order without registering first, the site will bring you to a login page with no link to a registration page in the main body of the page. You have to find the small text link to a registration page under the login box in the right column of the page.

Credit Card information is handled through Paypal. The process of creating an account is not secured by SSL.

Another thing that stood out was on the order confirmation page. After the Paypal process, there is a link to "live help" that sends you to a Bizrate survey page.

Product

OForU does have a good selection of game currency and it seems most of it is in stock. Prices are reasonable but not the lowest we've seen.

Bottom Line

Stay away from this company, period.

Prices starting at $25.34 for 500g

Boring game? Hire a player
International Herald Tribune
Every day, in 12-hour shifts, they kill monsters and harvest "gold coins" and other virtual goods that they can sell to other online gamers. From Seoul to San Francisco, gamers who lack the hours or the patience to work their way up to the higher levels of gamedom, are hiring young Chinese to play the early rounds for them.

Virtual Currency
PCMAG
If you don't have time to spend hours playing the game, you can buy other players' items and currency to boost your character, or simply buy a preplayed powerful character to begin with. Sony estimates that the market for such virtual goods typically sold on eBay-style auction sites or by game-playing corporate entities like IGE has reached $200 million in yearly sales.
