For a new company, they have very good customer support. Live chat was always available and the representatives were quick to respond to my questions.
Delivery was blazing fast at 3 minutes. The advertised delivery time is 5 minutes or less and they met it. Easily one of the fastest delivery times we've seen.
The best price guarantee they offer is also something we don't see often. They offer to pay you double the difference of the competitor's prices. Although they have a delivery time guarantee, it doesn't state what they will do if they don't meet their 5 minute advertised time.
